In 2025, we launched new products, improved existing ones, learned a lot (sometimes the hard way), and kept building things that actually matter.
From releases and automation to courses, conferences, and kilometers run together — this year had it all.

HedgeHog Team — 2025 Highlights
This year, the HedgeHog team have been working on two major products, launching the DocConsolidator System and delivering multiple releases for the HR Navigator System.
DocConsolidator System — Launched
A secure e-signature solution compliant with international eIDAS standards.

A centralized platform for collecting, analyzing, and managing candidate and partner data from Bitrix24 and DispatchLand, fully synchronized with DocConsolidator.

- Built an Operations Platform for managing service accounts and generating cost reports.
- Automated reporting across all company departments.
- Created smart email tools that tag load offers and generate pricing drafts to speed up dispatch work.
- Developed TMS and AI prototypes that auto-read rate confirmations, call drivers, and record bids — significantly accelerating load matching.
- Launched a browser extension showing key pricing and load metrics for faster decision-making.
Expedite All Portal Team — 2025 Highlights
- Increase Customer Engagement. Track user satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and NPS scores
- Launched a new onboarding process that increased the Activation rate до 32% among new users.

🎥 Video Production Team — A Year of Steady Craft and Quiet Progress
This year didn’t come with loud breakthroughs or dramatic pivots — and that’s exactly what made it strong. Our video production team moved through a familiar, steady rhythm: daily tasks, ongoing processes, and a lot of work that often stays invisible from the outside. We filmed, edited, ran remote shoots, updated our showreel, and step by step did what we do best — consistently and with care.
In 2025, Anastasiia Nochvina joined the team and quickly became an integral part of it. She brought professionalism, sharp attention to detail, a light sense of humor, and a warm presence that naturally blended into our everyday workflow and team dynamic.
Alongside our core work, we also began thoughtfully exploring new AI-powered tools — testing, learning, and experimenting with how they could support our processes. Not to replace creativity, but to make workflows smoother, the work more flexible, and the creative space a little wider.
It was a year of focus, trust in our craft, and quiet evolution — proving once again that progress doesn’t always need to be loud to be meaningful.

On August 8, the Art-Zavod Platforma became the epicenter of affiliate marketing — 1000+ webmasters, advertisers, CPA networks, and digital experts gathered to share insights, explore new traffic sources, and catch exclusive offers. From networking to discovering profitable traffic strategies, the energy was incredible. And yes… there was even an afterparty — where our folks may or may not have been singing along to Vitaliy Kozlovskiy’s “Pina Colada” 🎤🍹 (true story!).

At the beginning of 2025, I was looking for a new hobby — something fun and engaging. I was considering tennis, vocal lessons, or joining a drama club. In the end, I chose the drama club, and it turned out to be a fascinating experience. It combines elements of play, psychotherapy, public speaking, and so much more.

My grandfather was a big fan of motorcycles – he had always had several of them in his village garage. So, all my summer school vacations were spent with them. I just cannot imagine my life without these exciting machines.


This December, our colleague Alina Sarbieieva launched a fundraising initiative to support our teammate Oleksiy Shumlyaev, who has joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
